Direct transmission has an application range in between DWT 75HP and 475HP,An improrted flexible coupling with original factory settings facilitates direct transmission,and in the proess,combines the motor and air end into a single working entity.The resulting transmission is reliable and highly efficient.
The DeWATE compressor air end implements the patented Atlas copco SAP,along with a fixed diameter rotor,In comparison with a low speed 5/6 teeth or 4/5 teeth connection,the negatively oriented rotor possesses higher integrity and greater speed.These qualities prevent rotor deformation and ensure minimal internal leakage.In addition to these features,the direct-drive model utilizes the patented Atlas copco corkscrew for a high precision grinding finish.
